The President Of Egypt Abdul Fattah El-Sisi, Hosts 14 Nigerian Youths For Continental Growth:
The President of the Arab Republic of Egypt, Abdel Fattah el-Sisi, is playing host to a hundred youngsters across thirty countries within the African Continent for the African Presidential Leadership Program (APLP). Fourteen of the individuals being hosted are Nigerians.
The program was adopted after the World Youth Forum in 2018 to create a chance for development, collaboration, and growth amongst African Youths, for continental uplift.
Welcoming participants at the premises of the National Training Academy on Sunday twenty two, Sept on behalf of the President, Dr. Rascha Ragheb chastened participants, and secure them six weeks of training, cultural exposure, and fun, whereas adding that anglophone, francophone, and Arabian speakers were all present at the academy, with translators where necessary.
Nigeria’s fourteen youth leaders chosen for the program are the best from a private country, together with Egypt, the host. Akinyemi, Muhammed Adedeji, a Journalist and SDGs four,5,17 advocate from Oyo State is present. Oluwafunto Abimbola, an SDG 2, 4, five advocate and culinary blogger from Osun State additionally made the list. Akwa Ibom-born Emmanuel Kings, a researcher and Content Developer focused on SDG seventeen will also be representing African countries.
Others are: Dr. Chineye Fabian Adili-George, health professional and Entrepreneur; Tungchamma Lengdung Apollos, Community Developer/Programmer; Edna Ayide Egbunu, Environmentalist/ Engineer; Solomon Adewole, Architect/PR expert, Digital marketer and SDGs advocate; John Igbinosa, Social entrepreneur, SDG 1, 4, nine Advocate; Abdulbasit Olawale Ibrahim; Medical Student/ un Millennium Fellow/ SDG 1&10 advocate; Oluwapelumi Eniodunmo, software engineer, adaptive mathematician; prince Kimi; Toyyib; R. A Abdulkadir; Abiodun AKANBI, Researcher, Development practitioner.
All regions across the continent are portrayed by young community developers for the social experience. All participants were chosen based on personal achievements in cultural, scientific, academic, sports, and social fields.
Ahmed Barrani, an NTA Intergovernmental Communications staff, at the internal Cooperation and External Affairs Department has been charged with overseeing the out of sophistication activities of participants, who are going to be lodged at a five-star building in Cairo.
The six weeks program will have in-class and out-of-class trainings which will mandate participation by everybody.
